Miguel Miranda de Mattos

Miguel Miranda de Mattos (a.k.a. mmmattos) is a Software Design Engineer living in southern Brazil, working for Hewlett-Packard in R&D projects. Devoted to family in the spare time. He ocasionally doubles as a musician playing one of the most known Brazilian native rhythms, Samba. Innovation is present in his life since the early days of college. Back in 1981, at the time, 18 years old, he designed, developed and prototyped a conveyor belt electronic servo control system, to provide automatic load balance of the engines power according to the load applied to the converyor belt. Ever since then, he has been involved in technology projects of different sizes, designing and coding in all sort of available programming languages, platforms, paradigms and methodologies.
